Account Deletion in StitchItOn

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you decide to delete your StitchItOn account, please follow the steps below:

For accounts created with email & password

1. Open the StitchItOn app on your device.
2. Open the side menu from the main screen.
3. Tap the Delete account button.
4. In the confirmation modal that appears, tap Delete to proceed.
5. For security, you will be asked to enter your account password and then tap Confirm. If you forgot your password, tap the Forgot password button — we will send a password recovery email to your registered address.
6. After confirmation, your account will be deleted and you will be signed out.

For accounts created via Google Sign-In

1. Open the StitchItOn app on your device.
2. Open the side menu from the main screen.
3. Tap the Delete account button.
4. In the confirmation modal that appears, tap Delete to proceed.
5. For security, we will ask you to sign in again with your current Google account.
6. Your account will be deleted and you will be signed out.
